Duke and Wisconsin play for all the marbles in the NCAA tonight.  And while the NCAA Tournament is always must-see TV, tonight’s game should also be interesting for Suns fans because they could be witnessing a player (or two) who could suit up in the purple and orange this coming fall.  Here are a few players to keep your beady eyes on who the Suns could grab at picks #13 and 43 (which is where they currently are projected to draft).
Frank Kaminsky – Wisconsin

The winner (or soon-to-be winner) of most of the National Player of the Year awards, Frank The Tank may have played himself up into the top 10 range, putting him potentially off the board before Phoenix makes their first pick.  If not, he could be a player the Suns take interest in when it’s their turn on the clock.  Kaminsky projects to be a real nice stretch 4 with his size and shooting.  However, he’s not the most athletic cat and could be exploited on defense.

Sam Dekker – Wisconsin

Kaminsky’s teammate, Sam Dekker, certainly doesn’t lack athleticism.  Or size for that matter.  At 6’9″, with a 6’10” wingspan, Dekker has the look of a NBA small forward.  He also could play some power forward in the NBA in small lineups, sort of like a third Morris brother.

Tyus Jones – Duke

Duke’s freshman point guard could be around when Phoenix makes their second round pick at #43.  And he would fill their (ironically enough) need for a backup point guard to spell Eric Bledsoe.  But there are concerns about his lack of size, athleticism, and defensive skills on the NBA level.
