Every morning after a Suns game, A Dry Heat brings you the Suns Stat of the Day – the number that sums up the previous day’s win or loss.  Because numbers speak louder than words.  Or a number speaks a 1000 words.  Or something.

Suns Stat of the Day: 2/15/13

February 15th, 2013.  That’s the last time that Phoenix was able to come out on the winning side of the ledger when facing the Memphis Grizzlies.  That’s seven-straight losses, including last night when, thanks to Isaiah Thomas‘s 16 fourth quarter points (on his bobblehead night, no less), they had the game in hand until the very end.  To compound matters, New Orleans was able to snap Atlanta’s 19-game winning streak, meaning Anthony Davis and company are only one game behind the Suns for the last Western Conference playoff spot.
