Every morning after a Suns game, A Dry Heat brings you the Suns Stat of the Day – the number that sums up the previous day’s win or loss.  Because numbers speak louder than words.  Or a number speaks a 1000 words.  Or something.

Suns Stat of the Day: 10

10.  Ten straight games Phoenix has lost to Miami after last night’s debacle.  Since January 2010 the Heat have totally owned the Suns, and last night was no different.  Eric Bledsoe didn’t hit a field goal in the first half.  Markieff Morris and Alex Len got ejected.  No-name rookie Tyler Johnson exploded for a career-high 26 points.  And Phoenix has slipped 2.5 games behind OKC (and 1.5 behind New Orleans).  Sigh.
